She is responsible for supporting and communicating with higher education professionals, institutions and government agencies that accept the TOEFL® tests worldwide. In this role, she works to ensure awareness and encourage best practices in using TOEFL scores.

She actively engages and builds relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders in institutions, Governments, and related organizations to enhance ETS’s position primarily in the business school market in India. With over 12 years& 39+ of experience in the higher education domain, she has primarily worked in supporting large organizations entering high growth markets. Prior to joining ETS, she has worked with organizations like LSAC, ACT.INC and LLF. As Assistant Director for Marketing and Business Development at LSAC, she secured new business and executed a growth strategy through outreach and branding activities
