IELTS Rescheduling Fee in India 2024
British Council; IDP IELTS; and Cambridge University Press & Assessment jointly organize IELTS and allow the candidates to reschedule the exam. However, students can reschedule their next exam date in the upcoming 3 months.
You must know the allocation of the next IELTS exam date or acceptance of your reschedule request depending on the center and subject to availability. In case, you fail to appear on a rescheduled exam date, you’ll not be allowed to reschedule the test and cancel to take a refund.
For rescheduling the exam, applicants need to visit their exam center at least 15 days before the test date. However, you will need to give an authentic reason with evidence for rescheduling the exam. If you reschedule your test before 34 days, you don’t need to state any reason.

IELTS Cancellation Charges in India 2024
IELTS also allows you to cancel your exam. However, the candidate can apply for cancellation only if the test date is at least 15 days from your actual test date.
If you apply for the test after 15 days, you won’t get any refund. You must know if your test date is between 15-34 days or in case of payment through offline mode, the applicant can only make a request for cancellation by providing supporting documents. The cancellation will be done once the request is approved. If you request cancellation above 34 days and you paid for the test online, you won’t need to submit any supporting documents.
If your cancellation request get accepted, your refund will be processed within 8-10 business days after deducting administrative charges

IELTS One Skill Retake Fees in India
If you have received an IELTS band score low in any one subject of IELTS, you can retake that one section of the test. You will need to register for the IELTS One Skill Retake (OSR) within 60-days.
However, the one skill retake test is available for the IELTS computer-based test. And it’s accepted in Doha, Australia, and some locations of the UK for Visa purposes. You can also check its acceptance with your institution and migration office.
The test fees for IELTS one Skill Retake is similar to IELTS computer based test for academic and general. You must know the skill test is not available for one skill retake option.

IELTS Rechecking FEE in India
If you’re not satisfied with your IELTS score, you can ask for an enquiry on results for one or more sections of the exam. However, to place an enquiry request, you’ll need to pay some cost. Although, if after your enquiry the band score increases, you’ll receive a full refund.

Additional TRF IELTS FEE India
TRF stands for Test Report Form in IELTS. It’s a copy of your IELTS test score. Each candidate receives only one copy of IELTS and 5 copies posted to their listed institute.
If any candidate needs extra TRF or wants to send electronic score reporting at more than 5 institutes they need to pay INR 250/- per university.
In case you lose your IELTS TRF, you’ll be required to contact your test center and pay the administrative charge for the same. You must know the test center can’t provide TRF from their end.
